Any Way I Can make this bike any lighter?

Hi guys. I just got this bike from my bike shop and it runs great, but i was just wondering if i could in any way possible, make the bike lighter. What kind of bikes do you guys have? because some of you can pull off wheelies like it's nothing. and i saw an avatar where the guy held up his bike with one hand. My bike is a bit heavy Sad
