| I wouldn't fancy my chances with these... Eastern make light frames and they're good but this is too far on the weight saving. |

| I agree with jackson They will have been troughly tested but evertyhing brakes sometimes and its not always the companys fault. It could be a manufacturing default. All in all i like them but i dont think i would go that far just to have my bike weigh a couple less grams _________________ Ride With pride

| the plastic bb is actually a Bushing and is used in various high stress applications without failiure. It is rated for something like 2 tonnes of pressure without ovalising and is self lubricating, dirt and water dont affect it either. The only problem with using a bush as a BB is that it spins a little slower than a bearing driven bottom bracket, but for most this is a good thing. |
