In Urgent Need

Hey all, recently completely smashed my bike so I am in need of a new one. On a very tight budget, 400 Australian dollars max. I have found two that i'm keen on, both aren't that flash, but as I said they are within my price range at the moment, need to support myself ya know. Here they are;

So any advice on what bike to get and what you think of these two would be great. Maybe a rating out of ten for them both would be very helpful, also please let me know some other bikes that you think I should check out. Cheers.

of course they have eastern and kink. All the UK mail orders carry the same brands as the US ones
