First off.

First, we take a full-size semi truck (unloaded) to the Vector Institute in Siberia.
We take over the institute, load as many chemical/biological weapons into the truck as we can, then get the fuck out of there before Spetznas arrives.
Next, we contact Russia, demanding that they hand over control of the country under the premise of, "If you don't, you won't have a country left to hand over."
After that, we use 10 submarines and 20-40 deep-sea diving hardsuits and mount the largest deep-sea recovery operation ever, for scuttled U.S. and Russian ships containing VX.
Then we arrive in Portugal, and demand that they hand over their country, under the premise of, "If you don't, you won't have a country left to hand over."
After that, we move through Southern Europe, west to east, taking over everything in our path, saving Germany and the U.K. for last.
So, since the Middle East is crazy, and since we'll have control of 10 Soviet submarines, we'll use the ICBMs in the subs to blow the fuck out of anyone that doesn't want to hand over their country. Then we move on to Africa, then move east, stopping shortly at Australia.

After we stop at Australia, we go back to Europe, Switzerland, to be exact, and construct the largest building ever constructed as our base of operations.
Then, we move to South America, and move from south to north, taking everything in our path.
At this point, we will have a large majority of the world nuclear powers under our control, so we contact the U.S., and demand that they hand over control, under the premise of, "If you don't, your country will be a barren, radioactive wasteland."
So, depending on the answer from the U.S., we now have total control.
