| It's basically doing a 180 and exaggerating everything. Bigger head turn, more air and start spinning earlier. | |

youll ether over rotate or under rotate if you over try a little softer if you under then go pump some iron | |

if you're flying out, basically turn your bars the same way you want to spin and turn your head. When I started out trying to 180 i wasn't turning my head enough and only going 90 degrees, but what helped me was to look at the quarter pipe once I had left it. | |
